    Rachel Been After photographing a portrait of Rachel at Phoot Camp, I was drawn to the way she rested her chin on her knee while putting her shoes back on. I decided this could make an interesting series of work. I’m not really sure what to call it yet, or whether it is interesting enough for a series, but I do love the candid, solemn expressions that people have when they put their shoes back on. It’s a natural distraction that allows me to capture a genuine moment. Any suggestions for a name for the series? Edit: The series is now called “In Their Shoes”.
